Enable IMQ for N65 until IFB works #899

Hello,

can you please re-enable

CONFIG_FIRMWARE_INCLUDE_IMQ=y

by default in the RT-N65U configs until IFB works? Otherwise inbound traffic 
shaping is not possible, and some users would have to recompile on their own 
just for this one option.

Enabled IMQ cause performance degradation (even for not used IMQ interface). 
Because IMQ used additional code for skb handling.

Please manual build firmware from git. It is really simple. You can set any 
configuration, as you wish.
