Your going to need to post lot more information if you want to get some help
with the issue.. Copy of you syslog, what services you have running etc etc

No bug.
1) Linux kernel used all available RAM for I/O pagecache.
2) Part of RAM is reserved for kernel allocations (vm.min_free_kbytes=8192) and
is not touched for pagecache.
If you use USB storage, all RAM (unless vm.min_free_kbytes) will moved to
pagecache on any read/write operations.
You can use feature "Auto Pagecache Reclaim" (Advanced_AiDisk_others.asp) for
reclaim memory from pagecache, but this feature is unofficial for Linux.
Auto Pagecache Reclaim feature was always enable in previous firmware builds.
