Files downloaded using Transsmission are not updated by the UPnP program.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download a new file using Transmission
2. Notice that after the download is finished the file isn't updated in the 
UPnP program and the router has to be unplugged and plugged back into the power 
source.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The video filer for example which is downloaded with Transmission should appear 
immediately on the smart TV instead the router must be plugged and unplugged 
for the file to appear.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The latest FW from padawan and an 2013 LG Smart TV.

Please use direct path. 
Default path /media only for example and really link to tmpfs, you need use 
direct path, e.g. 
V,/media/AiDisk_a1/Video
A,/media/AiDisk_a1/Audio
P,/media/AiDisk_a1/Photo

or common path

/media/AiDisk_a1
Empty
Empty

If you volume has label, moutpoint look like as /media/{volume label}.

I can confirm this bug (although I don't consider it a bug.... more of a needed 
feature). Even a way to rebuild without restarting would be great.
