No HDD Spindown if FTP-Server with access from WAN is enabled #908

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.FTP Server is enabled
2.Access from WAN is granted
3.HDD Spindown is on 30 min

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect the HDD-Spindown after 30 min. as it did before I enabled the FTP 
server. Now the HDD is constantly running and not spinning down at all. Is that 
normal or do I have to change a setting? Thank you very much in advance!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0.3.6-061 on RTN56u

Please describe the problem as detailed as it's possible.
If you have connection problem, then syslog file is required. (please do
attach it as a file)
Note that if there will be a poor problem description the issue status will
be changed to 'Invalid'!

More USB-SATA bridges not support HDD spindown timeout command.
