Time zone GMT+2 Bucharest is GMT+1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set RT-N56U timezone GMT+2 Bucharest
2. read logs, events show one hour earlier than normal
3. set next option GMT+2 Casablanca, log time is now fine

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
curent firmware 3.4.3.6-064

Please describe the problem as detailed as it's possible.
If you have connection problem, then syslog file is required. (please do
attach it as a file)
Note that if there will be a poor problem description the issue status will
be changed to 'Invalid'!
