100% minidlna cpu used when smart lg television is turned on (upnphttp.c:1112: warn: HTTP Connection closed unexpectedly)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.enable embedded minidlna server (large database ~40 gigs ~10,000 files)
  . data is set to never rebuild
2.turn on TV and connect to 5ghz wireless
3. /media/AiDisk_a1/.dms # tail minidlna.log

Nothing odd shows up in the webgui system log general log

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 .The dlna client works but the CPU use is concerning

 .Within 2 minutes router CPU will spike to 100% utilized (minimal data transfered on 5ghz network less then 10kb/s in small 1 second bursts)
  .if I turn off the TV the CPU will normalize less then 5% used
  .or if I disable minidlna the cpu will normalize
  .there are no settings on the TV to control the dlna client

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0.3.4-048 

.this has been a problem for at least 6 months 
.I have loaded at least 3 "full builds" since I noticed the CPU usage   
.I think it worked correctly before minidlna was part of the build - back when 
I installed it from optnet but I don't remember what version or if I had to 
tweak the config file. 

The only minidlna.conf files I can find are read only (can only be modified via 
options in router main web gui - USB application)

..I want to be able to stop and start the dlna server from the web gui
..I also want to be able to rebuild the database from the web gui

Please describe the problem as detailed as it's possible.
If you have connection problem, then syslog file is required. (please do
attach it as a file)
Note that if there will be a poor problem description the issue status will
be changed to 'Invalid'!

LG device does not show video
WMP does not affected by the issue

LG 42LM660T- have this problem, cpu 100%
LG 32LW575S - do not have this problem, cpu 2%
Perhaps, problem of the new LG Smart Share
