Enable possibility to share the root of USB drive via Network Neighborhood Share #948

I would like to be able to share the root of USB drive just as i share the 
folders inside it - with different access to different users. Is it possible to 
implement this?

Thanks, i think the second part will help me! Of course it would be nice to 
have this possibility in UI, but i will try to do it manually.

The other strange thingy - I've selected "Access with account" in "Share access 
mode" for samba server, however, the root folder (\\my.router) is still 
accessible without any credentials. I would expect some authorization box popup 
even for the root folder, because I've selected "Access with account" setting.

You can use it AS IS or change any configs as you need.
