won't allow me to change the region code under Wireless 5GHz option. (RT-N56U_3.4.3.6-066) #957

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.click on Wireless 5GHz
2.Change the region code to USA and apply
3.Doesn't apply change 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected it to apply the change normally but instead it does nothing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RT-N56U (3.4.3.6-066)         windows 7
