100% CPU load and Full speed on HDD #958

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

3.0.3.6-066 under Windows 8

Please describe the problem as detailed as it's possible.

100% CPU load all the time and my USB HDD has full speed all the time, befor in 
3.0.3.6-064 i hade 2% CPU Load and the HDD was speeding only when they was in 
use.

If you have connection problem, then syslog file is required. (please do
attach it as a file)
Note that if there will be a poor problem description the issue status will
be changed to 'Invalid'!

As i describe it the CPU load is 100% all the time and the USB HDD thats 
connected to the router spinns all the time?? Why i dont know you tell me. In 
SW 3.0.3.6-064 it worked as it should 2% CPU load and the HDD spinning only 
when they where in use.

Is this enable:

USB Application - Common setting

1) Auto check filesystem on USB storage plug?
2) minidlna server?

minidlna rescan routine raised 100% CPU load.

I have the same Problem minidlna rescan raises 100% CPU load und high memory 
usage.
Problem occured after upgrade to Version 3.0.3.6-066

minidlna rescan always raised 100% CPU load, on any firmwares. After rescan 
completed, CPU load fall to normal.

ffmpeg is hard for CPU during parse mediafiles.
