VPN script not executed when using OpenVPN #963

The new firmware upgrade with OpenVPN included does not execute the 
vpns_client_script.sh in /etc/storage anymore after the client connect event. 
Test setup: OpenVPN/TUN/UDP/default port/HMAC signature/no default routing 
through VPN + installed TLS certificate.

Adding a line to the conf to execute (client-connect) seems to results in error 
1 in the sys log (could not execute), which possibly has to do with 
permissions.

vpns_client_script.sh called only for PPP VPN and also can accessed via WebUI.

So this is supposed behaviour, rather than a bug/issue?
