New server guide for built-in OpenVPN #967

I have been using the Entware based OpenVPN server for a long time. It has been 
invaluable for penetrating the "great firewall of China" on business trips.

I was only able to get this working with the Wiki guide and the help of a few 
commenters.

I have not been able to find any guides to help with setting up OpenVPN using 
the new built in version.

This would be a great help, thank you!
