Upgrade to -68 RT-65N Transmission seems not to accept new torrents #975

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Could it be that transmission does not work anymore?
2.It seems I can't add any torrents 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should be able to add torrents to the list an automatically start 
downloading

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 8

Please describe the problem as detailed as it's possible.
If you have connection problem, then syslog file is required. (please do
attach it as a file)
Note that if there will be a poor problem description the issue status will
be changed to 'Invalid'!

Solved by a hard reboot, the soft reboot after installation was apparently not 
enough
