Is it possible to keep realtime traffic as long router is not restarted? #985

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Monitoring network traffic -> realtime in webui.
2.Switch to another menu point like last 24h traffic or any other.
3.Switch back to realtime traffic.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected is that realtime traffic chart monitoring is not starting from scratch
but shows all traffic which is monitored (tranfered) since router start.
Something like backround monitoring or even showing the parts which were
monitored as realtime chart was active. Is this to cpu expensive or makes no
sense or is it possible? I know i can use last 24h traffic chart but its not
working correct sadly. Thanks in advance for any info!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest firmware build from repository and Win8.1 Pro RTM / VM - Ubuntu 13.xx

You may see stored informations about traffic:
1. Real-time
2. Last 24 Hours
3. Daily

Also you can use any external packages from Entware that may do it.

Realtime traffic chart use functions to display values collected in real time
(by its name...)
Why do you think 'last 24h' is not working correctly? Could you please
explain... This would be the right way to resolve your issue ;)
