Transmission is not starting

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install fw 3.4.3.6-068
2. Use 8gb ext3 form3.4.3.6-068at with transmission folder on root of drive
3. Enable transmission from usb application and use port 809 for web gui

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should be able to see transmission gui.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.4.3.6-068, win7

Please describe the problem as detailed as it's possible.
If you have connection problem, then syslog file is required. (please do
attach it as a file)
Note that if there will be a poor problem description the issue status will
be changed to 'Invalid'!

Worked after switching back to default port. (9091)
Also works with 8091.

Still does not work with 809.

Why exactly 809?.. I'm not sure (as I don't use it), but it seems that it won't 
work with privileged ports (<1000). You can use any from WAN using virtual 
server.
