mtcp with https traffic #206

does mtcp supports SSL traffic with lighttpd-1.4.32 and apache_benchmark applications?

I haven't tried the SSL versions of lighttpd and/or ab. But I encourage you to try them with SSL enabled. Let me know if you find a way to run them and you can submit patches (if applicable). Thanks.
