Release Policy #266

Hi Asim,

what is the release policy for mTCP? I would like to create a package for Void Linux but the current stable release seems to be a bit out of date.

I am sorry for the delayed response (just found time to work on mTCP issues). My responses will be more quick in the future. I am ready to work with you in getting a package prepared for mTCP. I hope you are still interested.

There are a number of dependencies that mTCP needs. One of them being DPDK/netmap. I believe packaging DPDK/netmap can be an interesting challenge. Once we are over that hurdle, the rest will be relatively simple. Looking forward to this.
