mtcp+netmap+bonding (Linux) #294

Hi!

Is it supported to use this combination? I see that in order to use netmap backend with Intel NIC module, they need patching. How about when opening a lacp bond interface in netmap mode and use with mtcp?

No worries, got this working. However, I will submit a bug found in another issue.
