Add shortcuts for various operations #16

A few other shortcuts are needed :

Cache all Frames (Ctrl + R ?)
Switch version up / down (Ctrl + Page up/down ?)

Parts for the cache all frames (Ctrl + R), recache current frame (Shift + Ctrl + R), and stop buffer (Esc) is done. The switch version will have to wait, an will be in a separate issue
