Improve Polylang compatibility #252

With this PR, home URL will be translated for users using Polylang to make their website Multilingual Add do_home() to filtered function

This is a more elegant solution that I've seen before. That said, as a general rule of thumb, the core of Breadcrumb NavXT does no add code specific to other plugins.
