Complete the relation structure definitions and handling functions. Implement dbcompile.

Nearly completed. The last things to be done are implement the writing to file function and implement it into the runtime and it will be done.

After thorough testing, dbcompile is beyond my ability to complete. Due to a memory corruption issue (detailed in gh-23), I cannot complete this module.
