Implement dbmenu (tie it all together).

Project now compiles -- content free ATM, but dbmenu now works. This is beneficial to a more agile/extreme method approach to software development, as the project can be compiled and run as parts begin to work. Closed by 3c81029d85b4b8729d030a57699b788304a9cfb8.
