Polish project webpage #55

Just a reminder issue that the documentation for the package needs to improve. Would like to see a webpage with some common recipes, FAQs, code samples, etc.

By the way, I have enabled github pages for this package: http://nakadi-client.haskell.silverratio.net/ (@etorreborre @amrhassan @vitold)

I did some work on it (it's in the gh-pages branch). See result here:

It's not perfect, of course, but it contains more information than before. Hence, I would like to close this issue for now. We can reopen new issues for specific improvements.
