You can probably use the 4.2 hook - I believe we did some enhancements around live migration in 4.3 (need to double check), so the invtsc setup might no longer be needed (as it is handled by RHV-M).
I will have a look, but we typically only update the hooks during certification as we only know by then what changes are needed. Ideally we don't need any hook for 4.3 anymore (besides the one already shipped, like CPU flags hook).

Hi Martin, My upgrade will happen mid February. I could just leave the HANA Hypervisors on Level 4.2 but that means rhv manager will complain about the older version :)

As qemu version does not change between 4.2 and 4.3, you should be good updating the cluster level to 4.3, even from an SAP standpoint. As said the hook will work, maybe it sets more than needed around invtsc.
