How should our Analysis Module work? #26

Just wanted to start a discussion on how the analysis module should work. Any thoughts/ideas are welcome.

I wrote up a rough draft of a possible API doc for the Analysis Module. Here's the link, would love to hear everyone's thoughts: Analysis Module API

I like that API! I think that would easily take care of gathering whatever we need.

I can start on the paper tonight/tomorrow and write up as much as I can. Inserting the data from the Analysis should be a breeze.

Sounds great. We probably should begin to outline and divide up the paper.
