Analysis data isn't correct

Analysis data doesn't look right (ex. time is negative). We might need to make sure that we are clocking times and everything correctly. I know I had to comment out some of the analysis methods in the CPU Module.

How to complete:

To complete this all of the following metrics must be measured correctly for each job:

• [ ] Total Wait Time
• [ ] Total Completion Time
• [ ] Number of I/O Requests
• [ ] CPU that ran each job
• [ ] Percent of Cache used
• [ ] Percent of Ram Used
• [ ] Memory Utilization
• [ ] Number of Page Faults
• [ ] Servicing time for Page Fault

Added some possible methods we could use in the Analysis Module API. Would love to hear everyone's thoughts.
