CPU Module might be ready to merge #9

CPU module seems to be ready. It is able to run through 4 of the 30 jobs successfully. Here is a run down of the branch's main components:

Package that includes all classes needed to run the CPU (ALU, CPU, DmaChannel, Instruction, and State).
Includes a test folder with test classes that perform unit tests on all major components.

Would love everyone to look over it, and let me know if you see something or have a question/concern.
