Added MANIFEST.in #3

Hello,

pip install mtga is still failing with "Could not find requirements.txt" I added MANIFEST.in template to include all the files required in the package. I tested this on test.pypi.org setup and was able to install the package using pip.

Any updates on this? It is not possible to install the package via pip.
