install failure #34

one error I resolved changing this in generate_set_map.py line 19

data_loc = r"C:\Program Files\Wizards of the Coast\MTGA\MTGA_Data\Downloads\Data"

when attempting to run commands listed in readme, I get this error

(venv) J:\python-mtga>python setup.py sdist bdist_wheel usage: setup.py [global_opts] cmd1 [cmd1_opts] [cmd2 [cmd2_opts] ...] or: setup.py --help [cmd1 cmd2 ...] or: setup.py --help-commands or: setup.py cmd --help

error: invalid command 'bdist_wheel'

command errors resolved, my VEN didn't have wheel or twine installed
