Fuzz updates and more #190

a few fixes to the fuzzer
a couple of QoL improvements
changed starcitygames field
update scg to query buylist as well
added a bunch of ids
changed one id while fixing other stuff

This will need the extra key in GA (@ZeldaZach has it)
