issue/583: Code clean up, typing fixes and misc changes.

• Cleaned up the pug templates so VS Code knows what data is being use in the template.
• Fixed some TS typings being incorrect.
• Added Milo Rue to contributors generator so he does not get added to the general contributors list. He is in the team list instead.
• Removed NavLinks and NavLink components which were a misnomer and created SocialLinks component.
• Removed some unused helpers and tests.
