How's this coming along @staghouse

Slow and steady wins the race. This MR will make the documentation more clear in the Getting Started and FAQ sections and allow easier sub-navigation within documentation pages. As well as SEO and data loading improvements and a bunch of other neat stuff.

I'm close but making incremental changes every few days.
