I haven't updated the json files in this pull request. But I have a full rebuild of everything with the July Oracle text changes if you would like me to submit a pull request for that?

While you're fixing uncards, we should also add Urza's flavor text.

Whether fighting Phyrexians, founding the Tolarian Academy, or just enjoying retirement, Urza always kept his head.

Most people find it hard to get a proper build of this program, so you don't have to if you don't want to. I'll run a full rebuild in September which will incorporate these changes.

@fenhl The m19 ticket was closed. The issue was cloudflare cache didn't expire
