@salavant Do you know if you're trashing either HQ Interface or R&D Interface from hand before this happens? I think I've identified a bug where discarding a card incorrectly triggers code that should only happen if the card leaves play (i.e. trashing an HQ Interface from play should result in you accessing one less card from HQ when you run there next time). This can reduce your basic accesses (one card) to 0 if I'm right.
Hrrm. I don't know. The deck in question did have one of both in, I think, so it's plausible! If I encounter it again I'll let you know.
There was a issue when drag and drop cards. The effect when they leave play was triggered. You most likely move around HQ or R&D interface. It should be fixed now.
I have had in a couple of games a point when, after running having worked (I think) for the rest of the game, the game will no longer let the runner access cards when they succeed at an R&D or HQ run. (It may extend further: it was never relevent.)
"Extra" access, from Legwork etc., seemed to work fine: it was the base access that wasn't happening. This happened even when I had a clear run at the server using the normal "click to run" ability, nothing fancy. I would click "access", nothing would happen, and I would be free to spend my next clicks for my turn: no "jacking out" or anything, just... no access.
