I've considered making all prompts raise an opposing "Waiting for opponent" prompt by default, except the secret decisions. Maybe we could experiment with it?
I think having too many "waiting for opponent" prompts would harm the experience, a blanket change like this could cause some issues. I'd rather see cards implemented one by one.
This is an infinite* task but in this case I'm happy asking for Bran 1.0 to make the runner wait. A common play pattern is that the runner breaks both ETR subs and lets "install one ice behind bran 1.0" fire. This has a weird interaction where the runner is given "full control" while the corp is deciding what to install. This can lead to the runner passing through the ice and even avoiding the newly would-be installed ICE.
Another card I'm asking to hold the opponent is Simulchip. Right now the runner could pop simulchip, trash a card, and hold on the archives view while the corp plays their entire turn.
