Scrollbars not accessible #1

Atom updated the scrollbars in a recent update to be wider, in your amazing UI Theme, they look very good, but because of the resize-handles they are not accessible. Im not able to scroll the tree-view with the scrollbar currently.

I had seen the update you mentioned and was planning on implementing something similar. Even the horizontal scrollbar is hard to use without a resize-handle in the way, so they might get wider as well.
