What is the use of Grid-template-area? The grid-template-areas CSS property specifies named grid areas, establishing the cells in the grid and assigning them names.

I added the above question as: grid-template-areas property:

allows you to define named grid areas within your grid layout.
provides a convenient way to create complex and custom grid layouts by assigning specific names to different areas of the grid and then placing grid items within those named areas.
