Upgrade to HAPI v17 #5

Hi, are there any plans migrating to HAPI v17. Their plugin interface has changed. Thanks.

I've started upgrade today at https://github.com/maxaus/hapi-etags/tree/hapi-17 , will make pull request when everything is finished.
