Update dear imgui to latest version (1.89.2) #163

all platforms:

Adapt building

3DS:

Adapt the backend for the new input api
Plus an unrelated "fix": The window selector (Hold Y) has been moved to the top screen on 3DS, looks better this way.

Linux:

Use internal GL loader inside ImGui, this is recommended. Using glad there would be possible, but would need more work.

What's missing:

The input api changes need to be incorporated in the switch backend. Currently have no switch here, so cannot test.
