Reevaluate license choice #2

We need to evaluate the policy on what license we can use with a WP plugin, and what license IU wants to use. I'm completely indifferent on the matter, as long as the source stays open.

Plugin will continue to use the GPL v2, same as WordPress core, for a variety of reasons.
