Switch to Mercurial #7

Consider switching the source code repository to Mercurial. It makes it easier for people to contribute to the project.

[christianwarren@3/22/2012] While I understand the way the 'patch' work in codeplex is pretty crappy (they should have used shelveset IMO), its not enough to change repository for now.
