[christianwarren@4/26/2012] This occured when a 'WebProject' was present in the solution. For those project, Visual Studio include a 'SccLocalPathXX = .' in the SourceControl section. Thoses lines were ignored by SLNTools and not put back into the resulting solution (merged or filtered solution).
