License oddities #3

  1. The repo seems to be dual licensed BSD and GPLv2. Is that intentional?
  2. Is there a reason to prefer GPLv2 over GPLv3? Thanks

yes that is intentional. I don't care about v2 or v3. The library is about 15 years old, and it is a pain to contact all of the authors about changing the license.
