Typo in getting mux data levels #21

To be consistent with the documentation and with setting the data levels, the positive and negative should be swapped. https://github.com/mtiggelman/SPI-rack/blob/baaf5a5f8e01018d26ea71e2bb2725c3df1cab4e/spirack/U2_module.py#L119-L120
