Error in script for VcontACT? #34

In the script provided to generate the files required for vcontACT2 in the README.md file, the definition of the env variable that contains the input file: SUMMARY="cenote_out_CONTIG_SUMMARY.tsv"should actually be SUMMARY="cenote_CONTIG_SUMMARY.tsv"....

Hi geboro,

Thanks for opening an issue. The contig summary file name is actually based on your run title, with _CONTIG_SUMMARY.tsv as a suffix. So if you did a run with argument -r my_contigs1_ct, the contig summary table would be: my_contigs1_ct_CONTIG_SUMMARY.tsv. I updated the description in the README, and I hope it helps.
