spi-nor: add more Winbond device IDs #3

Add more device IDs for Winbond W25Q256 and W25Q512 variants.

Some of the flashes operate at 1.8V. These flashes should not be added. I intend to all all 3.3V flashes. To avoid unwanted error log, most 16MB flashes will also be added in next update.
