Fix some lights and levers

• Lights: some panels were still illuminated from the "chart light" property; changed that to "dome light", as it should be.
• Levers: the reverser lock and flap levers on the center pedestal now move smoothly instead of instantly flipping to the target position.

• Added compositor-based taxi and landing lights to replace the texture-based light spots when Compositor is available
