what do you mean by Use multivariate analysis to understand the relationship between my two datasets ? Do you mean a granger causality analysis ?

I want to use PLS (as shown by Bratislav, jake) with two datasets. In their examples, there were to datasets: X, observations/connectivity; Y, observations/behavior

For me it would be: X, observations/e-phys properties; Y, observations/behavior

If I'm understand correctly, that wouldn't really explore causality, but rather to see whether some behav variables predict ephys outcomes
