Feature: Add email subscription #412

In DK's review one of his suggestions is to allow users to configure What Got Done to automatically send updates to their teammates:

it'd be really nice to have a way to email or share the update to your teammates once you've completed your log

This is something I've thought about, but I've been putting it off because integrating email sending seems like it'll be costly to implement, but adding it here for tracking the feature request.

Users should be able to specify a list of people they want to receive their updates and users should be able to subscribe to email notifications on whoever's updates they choose.

I haven't personally used them, but I've had several people recommend me Cloudy as an extremely cheap email provider. $0.10 per 1000 emails.
