Mark up Grudinin texts using structural markup #61

Take a look at our TEI (/xml/putin/interviu-amerikanskomu-telekanalu-nbc.xml) to get an idea of how your TEI should work. We just need the <u> tags for now, no rhetorical tagging until I apply the lemmatizer.
