Thanks for the PR, this looks good.

I'm going to go ahead and merge this right away, but one thing we'll perhaps want to think about is ordering -- right now, it's not possible to pick what order the links are rendered in. It'd be nice to change the format to allow people to do this (by making a .Params.social array or something similar). But that'd probably be a breaking change, with a new major version.
